Security measures relating to Covid-19

These are the the main procedures we have activated:

Constant cleaning and hygiene of all the spaces of the structure, of the rooms and the common areas.
Rigorous sanitation and cleaning of all possible contact points (door handles, elevators, reception counters, common bathrooms etc …), which are disinfected several times a day.
All the staff is equipped with the necessary individual protection devices.
Hand sanitizers are positioned in the various areas of the hotel.
Training of our staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Simplification of check-in and check-out procedures.
Room service on request.
Personal protective equipment available on request (for a fee) for Guests. ”

Changes of hotel services due to Covid-19

The luggage storage is closed. Upon your arrival the baggage will be immediately brought to your room. If the room is not ready, your luggage must be left in the car or kept by you. Our breakfast provides a buffet-served food; drinks are self-service. All our menus and price lists are available in the digital info guest. The Grand Buffet on Wednesday is suspended. Thursday tastings are suspended. Upon entering the pool, the service staff assigns a sunbed for the period strictly necessary for actual use. It is mandatory to take a shower by soaping before each access to the water using the dedicated showers. The use of a swimming cap is mandatory.
