The room is available from 02:00 pm on the arrival day (03:30 pm during holidays or festivities) to 10:30 am on the departures day (12:00 pm in case of direct booking).

if you want to use pools and SPA on your arrival day, before you’ve checked in, we charge € 15,00 per person (with cabinet in the dressing room, until availability lasts).
SPECIAL WELLNESS CHECK-OUT / LATE CHECK-OUT

if you want to use pools and SPA on your departure day, after you’ve checked out, we charge € 20,00 per person (with cabinet in the dressing room, until availability lasts).
Late Check-out:
keep your room until 09:00 pm on your departure day and use pools and spa also until 08:00 pm, service on charge and due to availability. Ask the reception about
WIFI
The Hotel has a free Wi-Fi network throughout the hotel.
To access, registration is requested by entering: name, surname and email address.
An email will be sent with a link to click to verify the email and enable the device.
Maximum shared connection bandwidth: 50 MB Download / 10 MB Upload.
PARKING
The big internal private parking is free and not supervised. You can park in all the white stripes.
A covered reserved parking is guaranteed only on reservation (€ 10,00 per day).
Society Delta B&B is exempted from every responsability about damages due to cars parked in the parking of Hotel Savoia Thermae & SPA also for the object inside.
ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
The Hotel Savoia Thermae & SPA is equipped with 2 charging stations with “Type 2 anti-vandal plug with shutter” with a maximum power of 22 Kw.
To recharge the electric car, park in the appropriate green spaces and contact the Reception (€ 20.00 / recharge).
BATHROBE IN ROOM
Upon arrival in your room you will find (per person) a bathrobe and a pool-towel.
Both are supplied for the entire stay.

LINEN IN BATHROOM
Imagine how many tons of towels we wash every day in hotel, wasting water and using huge amounts of detergent wich pollutes the Earth.
You can make a choice… for a better world:
- towels on the floor = please change
- towels on the towel-holder = i keep them another time
Please use the white ones only in room.
COURTESY SET
Upon your arrival you will find in the bathroom in the room:
- the shower gel-shampoo vial,
- the soap,
- the shower cap (not to be used in the thermal-pools),
- the vanity-set.
Body cream and conditioner are available in double/twin SAVOIA, junior suites and suites.
For the mini-sewing set (free of charge), toothbrush and toothpaste, razor and shaving foam (for a fee), contact the Reception.
CLEANING SERVICE
It takes place between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. In case you use the “do not disturb” tag, please collect it before 2:30 pm in order to be able to clean the room.
SAFE
The safe is available inside the wardrobe.
To use the safe, it must already be opened with the 2 bolts retracted (if it is “closed” or “open with the bolts out” call the Reception at number 9).
To close the safe: keep the door closed and enter your secret code at will (minimum 4 digits – maximum 6 digits) and then press the enter arrow.
To open the safe: type the secret code (no need to press the enter arrow).
On departure, leave the door open to allow the next Guest to close the safe with their secret code.

HOTEL SMOKE FREE
All our rooms are NON-SMOKING. Smoking is allowed on the balcony / terrace of the room (if provided), in the smoking room in the Hall and in all open spaces. Smoking is forbidden in all internal areas of the hotel (art. 51 law n. 3 of 16/01/03 and of DCPM 23/12/03).

ACCESSIBILITY
The hotel disposes over services dedicated to our disabled guests: parking, wheelchair and walker rental, a fitted fango cabin and a lifter to permit entrance in the thermal pool
INTOLERANCES AND ALLERGIES
We use only 1st quality products. We offer gluten free dishes, meals for people with celiac disease, with particular attention to every single intolerance and allergy. If you did not inform us about, please tell asap.
On request: gluten-free and vegetarian menus. WE DO NOT OFFER MENUS FOR VEGANS.
CASH DESK
Cash desk is active at the reception from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm. We accept credit cards American Express, Visa, Mastercard, CartaSi, Carte Bleue, Maestro, JCG.
LUGGAGE
For luggage assistance please call the Reception dialing number 9. The porter will take your signed luggage to our storage near the reception, on the day of arrival if the room is not yet ready, and on the day of departure , if you wish to stay in the hotel or to go for a walk in the city of Abano Terme.
MEDICINES
Our Doctor is available to prepare prescriptions. We can buy medicines for you, the price will be charged on your room. Service on charge – € 5,00 each way.
NEWSPAPERS
We can buy newspapers for you. The price will be charged on your room. Service on request – € 0,50 per day
PETS
Our little guests are very welcome! Please do not leave them unattended. Small dogs and cats DO NOT have access to indoor and outdoor pools, internal garden park, bar & bar terrace, breakfast room, restaurant, spa and beauty farm. Any damage will be charged. € 20.00 per night (excluding food; disinfection and cleaning of the room at the end of the stay included). The staff with whom you can arrange for the daily cleaning time of the room is available on the floor.
BIKES
Free rental of city-bikes and mountain-bikes from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Guests are requested to return the keys of the bikes after use. Otherwise € 20.00 per day will be charged. In the case of loss or theft of the bike, € 100.00 will be charged.
BIKE STORAGE
If you have brought your bike with you, we inform you that the hotel has a deposit where you can lock it. Free service. For information contact the Reception.
BUS STOPS AND "PUFFETTO"-TRAIN
Bus stop Via Previtali (cross the park adjacent to the Hotel; about 100m). “Puffetto” panoramic train stops in front of the hotel gate. Information on times and costs at the Reception.

ELECTRICITY
The electrical current of the room is 220 volts. We can define ourselves as a Green and Eco-friendly structure because we use the heat of the thermal water to produce all the energy necessary to heat the rooms and produce hot water; not using fossil fuels or methane gas for this purpose. We refresh ourselves with systems that use clean electricity. We cook with CO2 free natural gas. An immense gift to our environment.
